Come Learn to Skate With Us!

Group Lessons for Ages 3 1/2 and Up

The Amherst Skating Club offers the United States Figure Skating (USFS) Skate with U.S. (group lesson) program, providing group instruction to over 600 enrollees annually. We hold classes in basic skating skills, figure skating, hockey, pre-school and adult only classes. All classes are held at the Amherst Pepsi Center. See below for more information.

NEW THIS FALL: Mommy or Daddy and Me:
This class gives you the opportunity for one parent to share the experience of your child's skating class. The class will be geared towards teaching pre-schoolers basic skating skills. The participating parent should have basic skills of skating already. This class is great for the child who may be hesitant to leave mommy or daddy's side or too timid to go on the ice.

Fall/Winter classes (Fall only 9/26/08 - 12/13/08, 1/6/09 - 3/21/09):
Fall application deadline is Thursday August 28th. You can register for 10 weeks in the fall or 20 weeks for fall and winter. We are not yet accepting applications for winter only. Please download the application to view times/days of classes.
